Sacha Epskamp is a tenured Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore, where he heads the Methods, Data Science, and AI Lab. He obtained his PhD from the University of Amsterdam in Psychological Methods and previously held a tenured position there before joining NUS. His research focuses on network psychometrics—developing methodology and software to explore complex relationships in psychological data through network models. He has authored widely-used R packages including psychonetrics, qgraph, bootnet, and graphicalVAR, and co-edited the book Network Psychometrics with R (Routledge, 2022).

Epskamp is a Fellow of the Association for Psychological Science (APS) and recipient of the APS Janet Taylor Spence Award for Transformative Early Career Contributions (2024). He serves as Associate Editor for Psychological Methods, Multivariate Behavioral Research, and Behavior Research Methods.
